CAS Citizen Science und Public Engagement starts fall 2026

Are you interested in participatory projects and would you like to further your education in citizen science and public engagement? The next session of the “CAS Citizen Science und Public Engagement” program at the University of Zurich begins in October 2026 (12 months, 15 ECTS credits).

This program includes a total of 12 in-person days in Zurich (Mondays and Tuesdays), as well as self-study via e-learning and additional offerings.

This practice-oriented continuing education program is designed for researchers at universities and staff in research-related settings (e.g., museums, libraries, NGOs, government agencies) who wish to plan and implement participatory projects with various target groups and jointly generate new knowledge.

A virtual information event will take place on July 9, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM.
