Science IT
Science IT is the center of expertise for scientific computing and IT services for research at UZH.
Data Stewards Network
To advance data stewardship at the University of Zurich, the Open Science Services at the University Library have launched a university-wide Data Stewards Network. Data stewards are UZH researchers or employees who are interested in the FAIR handling of research data and want to learn more as well as disseminate information about good research data management, open science, and FAIR data. Data stewards form a network across various faculties and departments at the UZH.
Citizen Science Zurich
Citizen Science Zurich promotes, coordinates, and supports Citizen Science projects at the University of Zurich and the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) Zurich. They also offer training to ensure a successful cooperation between citizens and researchers.
Open Science Initiative of the Department of Psychology
The Department of Psychology of the University of Zurich proactively promotes openness and transparency in scientific practice as well as the reproducibility of scientific findings in order to ensure a long-term high quality of research.
The working group established at the Institute of Psychology advocates information, promotion and support for researchers and teachers in implementing the necessary measures. It provides materials and assistance on OSF for those interested in the topic.
Open Innovation in Life Sciences (OILS)
As a part of Life Science Zurich, OILS helps life scientists practice Open Science as part of their research routines via public discussions, workshops, courses, and the annual Open Innovation in Life Sciences conference.
